Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative duties, including phone correspondence, petty cash handling, and rent collection.
  • Provide immediate support and crisis intervention to clients experiencing challenging situations.
  • Coordinate appointments with external service providers to ensure access to essential resources and guidance.
  • Effectively address resident concerns and complaints, striving for amicable resolutions.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to de-escalate conflicts and foster a positive environment among service users.
