Job Title: Youth Program Coordinator

Caxton Youth Organisation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and accessible youth programs to disabled young people aged 11-25 years old.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the youth work sector, a Level 2 Youth Work qualification, and excellent written and communication skills. They will also have a strong understanding of inclusive practice, including different communication methods, and be able to work as part of a team.

The role will involve supporting the running of girls' groups, working alongside Caxton Youth Organisation colleagues to support children and young people from the Westminster community, and delivering holiday programs and residentials. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, creative, and have a person-centered approach.

Essential criteria include a cleared Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level and the ability to provide at least two relevant references prior to taking up the post.
