Market 36 Recruitment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join one of our clients based in Braintree. The role involves effective management of telecoms orders and enquiries, ensuring customer expectations are met through coordination of deliveries and supplied services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales for communication infrastructure business, reinforcing relationships with existing clients.
  • Obtain and develop new business relationships, sourcing sales leads through effective networking across the telecoms tower industry.
  • Prepare bids for projects, working with the estimating team to oversee cost estimating, tender preparation, and presentation to the client.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to raise the company's profile within the telecom and specialist structures industry.
  • Monitor daily purchase orders and quotations.
  • Provide high-level customer service.
  • Produce reports internally and to customers.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in the Telecoms industry.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner and experience dealing with difficult parties.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Working Hours and Salary: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, with a 30-minute unpaid break. A competitive salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
