Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Career Teachers. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support the intellectual and social developmental needs of pupils during work and unstructured times.
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Responsibilities- Deliver personalised activities inside and outside of the classroom to help individuals meet their agreed provision and targets.
- Work on a 1:1 basis with children identified as having special educational needs and SEMH support.
- Previous experience in an educational setting and working with children aged 4 to 11.
- Experience of working with pupils with ASD or ADHD or emotional behavioural needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with children and adults.
