Supporting Children with Special Educational Needs

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that is committed to providing high-quality educational experiences for children. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children with special educational needs, including those with physical, sensory and learning disabilities. This will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans, as well as monitoring and recording children's progress.
We are looking for an HLTA qualified professional who has previous experience working with children who have special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have a valid in-date DBS and two references.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with children's parents and keep them informed about their child's progress. You will also contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.
We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
