About the Role

As a Sales Director/Associate Director at Selecture Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development activities within the Commercial team of the Risk, Strategy, and Research solution group. Your primary objective will be to bring in new clients and expand business development activities, selling the group's offerings to leading Global Banks, Asset Management, and other financial services firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead in achieving new business targets for the Risk, Strategy, and Research Solutions Group of the organization.
  • Develop relationships with CxO level executives and senior-level decision-makers at leading financial firms.
  • Drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution, working closely with Pre-Sales & Solutioning teams.
  • Personally develop long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at leading global financial institutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities, including initial client communication, presentations, negotiation, and deal signing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams and delivery teams to ensure proposed offerings and services meet customers' business needs.
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting, and other sales management goals to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Global Sales Leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred.
