Patient Services Coordinator

As a Patient Services Coordinator at Healthnet Homecare, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services and ensuring that patients receive safe and effective care. You will work closely with our dedicated team to provide support to patients with rare and orphan diseases, as well as more common conditions.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of patient care related activities and participate in telephone calls and virtual calls.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, ongoing training and development, and professional registration fees paid.

Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience within a clinical setting, RGN Part 1 of the NMC Register, ENB 998 and/or teaching experience/qualification.
