About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Personal Assistance Coordinator to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Personal Assistance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating support services for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate support services to ensure individuals receive the necessary care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services.

Working Hours: The role requires working over 26 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns including weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and nights.
