Care Support Assistant

About the Role: As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Cadley Hill View.
Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and individuality are maintained at all times. This will include assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
Key Skills and Qualities: We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate, and able to work well as part of a team. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. It is also essential that you are able to work flexibly and are able to commit to a regular rota.
