About the Role
Senior Care Assistant at HC-One

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Cadley Hill View. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement care that promotes residents' independence, dignity, and security
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the team's work
  • Get to know residents and their families, helping to ensure personalized care plans
  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication
  • Maintain accurate records of your work and build strong relationships with your team
  • Recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns
