We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Leonard Cheshire.

Job Description:

A salary of £19,940 - £21,940 per annum is offered for this position, which is available due to the location in Swadlincote. We require someone who has access to transport or lives in the Netherseal area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high standards of nursing, clinical and personal support while promoting independence and choice to our customers. This includes leading a team of support staff and ensuring the smooth management of shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registered nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Thorough knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at level 5
  • Effective nursing practice in basic registered nurse procedures
  • Flexible working within rostered hours and on-call rota as required
