Job Title: Clinical Deputy Home Manager

As a Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you will provide leadership in a complex care setting, ensuring exceptional standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on care plans with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Delegate tasks effectively and identify training needs for staff growth
• Oversee compliance with safety standards and policies
• Manage shift schedules and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:
• Proficient in PEG feeding, NG feeding, catheterization, and tracheostomy care
• RGN qualification with an active NMC pin
• Previous leadership in a nursing or complex care setting
• A driving license is essential
