About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team
  • Coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and manage diaries
  • Prepare presentations, handle correspondence, and manage confidential information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
  • Strong minute-taking skills and experience supporting senior leadership teams
  • Solid understanding of financial/business terminology
  • Experience working within the healthcare sector or a related field
