We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Prezzo. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all our locations.
The Role
- Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of Italian cuisine, using only the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results, including health and safety, stock management, and staff development.
- Work closely with our Head Chef to drive innovation and excellence in the kitchen.
- Drive our 'Drive to Succeed' culture, inspiring your team to strive for excellence in everything they do.
- Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
- Contribute to the development of our team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their careers.
