We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Collaborate with our Head Chef to drive kitchen efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and stock levels.
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
