About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team at Swadlincote. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine
- Develop and implement menu ideas and specials
- Manage kitchen inventory and ordering
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to drive menu innovation and consistency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Monitor and improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
