We are a leading wildlife conservation charity in Gloucestershire, dedicated to protecting and enhancing the county's natural heritage. Our mission is to inspire people to value and enjoy wildlife, and to promote the benefits of nature for the people of Gloucestershire.

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our Board of Trustees. As a Trustee, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization and contributing to our mission. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience and skills in ecology, strategic finance, enterprise and business development, green finance, and climate change.

We are committed to diversity and inclusion, and we particularly welcome applications from people from Black, Asian and other Minority Ethnic groups who are currently under-represented on our Board. We also value lived experience and knowledge of Gloucestershire.

As a Trustee, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic guidance and oversight to the organization
  • Contributing to the development of our strategy and policies
  • Supporting the Chief Executive and staff in their work
  • Representing the organization in the community and with stakeholders
