About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust Director to lead our team and drive our strategic goals. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our mission to support children with life-shortening conditions and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team and develop strategic plans to achieve our goals
  • Engage directly with families and represent the trust on a local and national stage
  • Grow and stay informed about trends and issues in the care of children with complex health conditions
  • Work closely with our Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team to drive our strategic agenda
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of strategic leadership within a small charity. You will have strong communication and networking skills, and ideally be qualified to be the Nominated Individual for the CQC Registration and be the Registered Manager with knowledge of the national and local health and social care agendas.
