Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Business Support team at Community Foster Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our mission to create lasting change in the lives of children and young people.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Business Support team, providing HR administration, system expertise, and frontline IT support. You will work closely with senior leadership and other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Business Support team to deliver high-quality service delivery
  • Provide HR administration, including recruitment, staff inductions, and DBS checks
  • Be the system administrator for our Charms database and provide IT and communication systems support
  • Manage administrative support for governance meetings, liaising with SLT and Trustees
  • Maintain high standards in office management and business support functions
  • Deliver excellent front-of-house services, ensuring professional customer interactions
  • Oversee meeting coordination, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
