Key Responsibilities- Partnership Management: Manage, organize, and administer the delivery of rights to top-tier partners, supporters, suppliers, and licensees.
- Activation Goals: Work with partners and the team to deliver activation goals that meet or exceed partner objectives.
- Sponsor Events: Organize and deliver sponsor-related events and activities that showcase the EFL's brand and values.
- Commercial Insights: Establish a detailed understanding of commercial partners' marketing and strategic plans to inform partnership development.
- Campaign Development: Develop, deliver, and review campaigns for partners to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Manage and track partner budgets, ensuring contractual obligations are met to the highest standard.
- Reporting and Analysis: Coordinate and manage reporting, results, and case studies that relate to partner KPIs and objectives.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience managing and activating partnerships in the sports industry.
- Team Management: Experience managing a team and leading high-performing partnerships.
- Contract Management: Excellent understanding and experience of managing partnership contracts.
- Commercial Acumen: A thorough understanding of maintaining and developing high-profile partnership rights and what that involves throughout a contract term.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Performance-Driven: Performance-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
