As a Contact Centre Team Member at Optical Express, you will be responsible for contacting patients who have expressed interest in our services with the aim of converting them into appointments or sales. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, this role requires individuals who can exceed targets while providing a first-class experience to our patients.

**Job Summary:**
This is a full-time position that involves making outbound calls to discuss consultations, benefits, and options with patients, with the ultimate goal of booking them in for treatment. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable working to targets, resilient, and have a caring and empathetic nature.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Making contact with patients who have recently attended an initial consultation
- Promoting the lifestyle and clinical benefits of our treatments
- Managing the patient pipeline
- Providing an exceptional after-sales service

Requirements:
- German language skills to fluent level
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Achievement within outbound sales
- Proven track record in overachieving KPIs
- Ability to converse and relate to a wide range of people
- Excellent communication skills with empathy and understanding
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service
- Strong IT skills – database, word/excel, and email
