Job Title: Contact Centre Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our contact centre team at Optical Express. As a seasoned manager, you will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve exceptional service levels at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team by fostering a consistent approach to all calls, both inbound and outbound.
- Report performance and escalate any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain effective work procedures.
- Analyze and identify coaching and training needs to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate performance regularly, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement strategies to meet set KPIs.
- Undertake additional duties as necessary to support the smooth operation of the service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CCM or Team leadership roles.
- Able to manage multiple teams handling different brands.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with dealing with employee behaviors and performance aligned with our HR framework.
