Job OverviewThe successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our service teams, ensuring staff rotas are completed and published within acceptable timescales. Key responsibilities include:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities- Liaising with staff to ensure accurate shift patterns and scheduling
- Calculating establishment needs to reflect individual unit requirements
- Maintaining accurate absence and sickness records, authorizing annual leave and entitlements
- Producing and maintaining rota templates according to Working Time Directives
Requirements
- Good level of education
- Experience in developing staff rotas and IT skills using Microsoft Office
- Prioritization and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
