Birmingham and Solihull Women's Aid is a leading charity dedicated to supporting women and children affected by domestic violence and abuse.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Community Intervention Coordinator. This role will involve coordinating the delivery of community-based support services for women affected by domestic abuse.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of women and professionals. They will also possess a strong understanding of the issues surrounding domestic abuse and be able to provide practical and emotional support to meet identified needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To coordinate the delivery of community-based support services for women affected by domestic abuse.
  • To work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans for service users.
  • To contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for professionals and volunteers.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in social work or a related field.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly those affected by domestic abuse.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience). **Benefits:**
