Role Description:
We seek a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at The Therapy Hub, where you will work closely with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to promote independence and develop personalized care plans. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering effective rehabilitation programs, assessing patients, and providing timely interventions to facilitate safe discharge or referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services, prioritizing patient-centered care and individualized plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Physiotherapy, preferably with post-registration training and experience.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
