We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at ProfDoc in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic chance for a skilled physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive and dynamic environment. You'll have the flexibility to choose between 10-hour or 8-hour shifts to suit your schedule, while working with a team that values professional development, patient outcomes, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment & Treatment: Independently assess, diagnose, and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans to address individual patient needs.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with patients to set realistic, patient-led treatment goals using SMART goals and provide clear advice on prognosis and treatment options.
  • Clinical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physiotherapy records in line with HCPC regulations and promptly complete any medical reports required.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and support.
  • CPD: Actively participate in training and development to meet CPD requirements and keep up with the latest physiotherapy practices.
  • Outcome Measurement: Use outcome measures to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal results.
  • Biopsychosocial Approach: Approach each patient holistically, considering all factors—cognitive, emotional, social, and cultural—that could impact their treatment and recovery.

Essential Criteria:

  • HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
  • BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
