Job DescriptionThis full-time position offers a competitive salary range £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will work closely with clinical teams to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans for patients, providing high-quality care and support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans for patients in collaboration with clinical teams
- Work in outpatient, ward, and day surgery areas, ensuring seamless care coordination and communication
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff on physiotherapy practices and techniques
- A minimum of NVQ3 qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Relevant experience in a similar setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of patient needs and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care
