We are a reputable organization operating in Birmingham, dedicated to providing a supportive environment for individuals aged 18+ experiencing mental health difficulties or emotional distress.

Our Talking Spaces service is specifically designed for young people aged 18-25, offering a range of engaging activities and groups aimed at helping them reach their full potential.

As Crisis Intervention Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the setup and effective delivery of the service, focusing on this age group's unique needs. Your expertise in mental wellbeing, confidentiality, and documentation will be crucial in ensuring the success of our program.

You will work closely with the team, providing guidance and support, and identifying training opportunities for individual development. A skilled communicator, you will establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a collaborative environment.

Key skills for this role include IT proficiency, accurate documentation, and leadership experience, with a focus on team growth and development. The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, during the service's operational hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
