Job Summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Pathology Service (CWPS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Pathology Section Manager. As a key member of the CWPS team, you will be responsible for leading the Histopathology laboratories to maintain UKAS accreditation to ISO 15189 and HTA standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the discipline Quality Management system, including audits, document review and control, non-conformities, IQC and EQA.
  • Lead the discipline to maintain UKAS accreditation to ISO 15189 and HTA standards.
  • Manage Datix risks and CAE.
  • Collect, interpret, and collate data for Quality meetings.
