About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Brown & Brown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional service to clients, handling quotations, adjustments, renewals, and claims for all classes of personal lines insurance.
  • Deliver the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention while working towards business growth and common business goals.
  • Process renewals and new business quotations, working closely with clients to expand and develop their coverage.
  • Liaise with the broking and support team to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Work in a timely and compliant manner on all cases, collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Insurance experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and wider broking platforms, such as Open GI or Acturis.Strong negotiation, sales, and IT skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
