**Accounts Administrator**

National Building Services are one of Ireland and the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies. NBS are an established, accredited company within the Facilities Management (FM) sector

Due to continued growth the team are now looking for an Accounts Administrator.

This role based in our Newry HQ is fast paced, dynamic and offers the chance to work as part of a local team with global reach. The role will be ideally suited to someone who wants to establish a career and gain experience working with global, blue-chip brands in a rapidly evolving construction/maintenance sector.

This is role is for a 9 month part time contract with potential to become a long term position.

**Duties ;**

In short you will
- Provide administrative support to the accounts department
- Work on a NBS bespoke-built system to be kept up to date and matched with received invoices and documents
- Adhoc Admin filling and paperwork
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Managers

- Have at least 1 years’ experience in an office environment
- Exceptional IT skills with a strong desire to grow their skills
- Good Numeric skills and attention to details
- Super - demonstrable communication - able to communicate effectively to the wider team from Director level through to our subcontractors, and of course to our client base.
