Workforce Development Manager

As an HR Advisor at TSR Recruitment Limited, you will be responsible for providing operational HR assistance to support the delivery of our People Strategy and business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include managing employee data, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating annual or regular HR activities and projects, auditing HR pages on the company intranet, and co-ordinating early career programmes such as career fairs, work experience placements, and apprenticeships. You will also be responsible for providing support and delivering initiatives in various areas, including attraction, recruitment, and onboarding, as well as key HR metrics and reporting, absence and holiday monitoring, early careers, HR documentation and system maintenance, general HR queries, and regular/annual HR activities and projects.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous HR experience in a similar position, a full UK driving license, and excellent communication and organisational skills. You should also be able to work accurately and confidentially, with a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to be able to adapt quickly to change, be approachable and trustworthy, and possess good reporting skills using Excel. It would be beneficial if you were CIPD level 3 or 5 qualified or working towards.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a salary of up to £35,000, car allowance, bonus, private medical insurance, pension, flexible and hybrid working, 26 days' holidays, plus bank holidays, and the option to purchase additional leave.
