**Job Title:** Nursing Manager
Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Nursing Manager to join our team.
**Salary:** £46,148 - £52,809 per annum
About the Role:
- We are looking for a senior nurse leader who can provide clinical supervision and advice for staff and students to support them in reaching their full potential.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the nursing team and care support team are adequately supported and developed to deliver excellent care with compassion.
- You will lead and develop the nursing team by being a visible and strong role model, providing leadership and direction, and capitalising on research and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent Care with Compassion
- Ensure the nursing team and care support team are adequately supported and developed
- Lead and develop the nursing team and department administration and support teams
- Safeguard people and promote equality in care and practice
- Manage workforce planning and talent management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Appropriate NMC Registration
- Post-Registration Qualifications relevant to the role
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Successful completion of/will to work towards a leadership and development programme (equivalent to the Internal Band 6 Leadership and Development programme)
- Level 4 ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) or equivalent
