Job Summary:
FearLess is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Trauma Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering responsive, victim-focused, and trauma-informed support to individuals affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.

About the Role:
The Interpersonal Trauma Service aims to improve the health, wellbeing, and safety of people who have been exposed to trauma arising from sexual violence and abuse and/or domestic abuse. We are looking for an exceptional professional to work across a specified number of GP practices to offer support to health professionals, individuals who have experienced interpersonal trauma, and those at risk of perpetrating abuse.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialist advocacy and support to patients who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence
• Develop effective relationships with general practice teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support
• Deliver training to GP surgeries on identification, enquiry, and response for patients impacted by interpersonal trauma
• Support adults and children impacted by interpersonal trauma with emotional and practical assistance, focusing on trauma stabilization
• Facilitate timely access to further appropriate support services where needed

What You'll Need:
• A deep understanding of domestic abuse and sexual violence dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices

What We Offer:
• A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
