About the Job:

CV-Library is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Service Lead to join our team in Exeter. This is a full-time 37.5 hours permanent contract with a salary of £27,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing performance KPI objectives, quality standards, and contractual obligations through effective management of local teams. They will also provide a caseload of clients with high-quality person-centred services that take a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.

Main Duties:

  • Assist the Service Manager with operational management and staff line management of the local project team.
  • Provide supportive line management and supervision to team members, ensuring regular reviews are in place.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for client involvement within the project(s).
  • Maintain accurate records using the Client Record Management system (INFORM), undertake quality assurance checks.
  • Deal professionally with local incidents and safeguarding, ensuring action is taken, communicated, followed up, and recorded.

Person Requirements:

  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Track record of working as part of a team in housing health or social care settings.
  • Proven ability to develop supportive empowering relationships with socially excluded clients resulting in high-quality client service.
  • Commitment to equality and diversity.
  • Ability and motivation to embed a recovery-focused approach and a strength-based trauma-informed approach within projects.
