University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Dietetic Service Lead to join their team. As a key member of the specialist orthopaedic multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing a specialist dietetic service to orthopaedic inpatients.

The successful candidate will provide evidence-based practice, participate in regular teaching and training, supervise dietetic assistants and students, and monitor dietetic outcome measures. They will also act as a reliable source of dietetic knowledge and provide expertise to patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.

This position requires a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, HCPC Registration, and demonstrable post-graduate NHS experience in various specialties, including surgical experience. The ideal candidate should also possess an understanding of Orthopaedics and the role nutrition plays in the acute and recovery phase post-surgery.
