We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as part of a forward-thinking, innovative health care team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills as a leader and clinician.

About the Role:

  • To lead and run Patient Initiated Follow Up (PIFU) outpatient clinics under the supervision of orthopaedic consultants.
  • To undertake assessment and treatment of all hand patients following their surgery, liaising with the orthopaedic consultant as needed.
  • To partake in pre-operative assessment of patients with complex equipment needs to facilitate safe and effective discharge planning.

Requirements:

  • Physiotherapy Degree or Diploma
  • HCPC registration
  • CSP membership or equivalent professional indemnity cover
  • Substantial experience in a senior physiotherapy role band 6 or above
  • Recent experience in the field of musculoskeletal disorders
  • Previous experience within an acute hospital environment especially with orthopaedics
