Job Description:

This exciting opportunity as Director of Sales offers a chance to drive business growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and revenue expansion. Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective growth strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Create comprehensive growth plans aligned with our goals and objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to grow our business.
  2. Data Analysis and Decision Making:
    • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
    • Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  3. Customer Engagement and Retention:
    • Design and implement customer acquisition campaigns across various channels.
    • Develop retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  4. Revenue Growth:
    • Pursue opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new product offerings.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
  5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of growth marketers and Sales Managers.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
  6. Performance Measurement:
    • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
    • Regularly report on growth performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Innovation and Experimentation:
    • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.
    • Implement a rigorous testing framework to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  8. Partnerships and Alliances:
    • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth.
    • Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets. Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
