Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team and drive business development initiatives in a specific territory.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
In this field-based role, you will be responsible for managing sales and promotional campaigns, driving growth in sales volume, market share, and profitability.
You will also be required to launch new brands, train point-of-sale staff, and ensure they are knowledgeable about products, pricing, and stock availability.
The company offers a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, reviewed annually, as well as a company car, credit and fuel card, and a sales bonus up to £5,400 per year.
Additionally, you will receive annual allowances totaling £2,048, including a daily food budget, and a flexible benefits package.
