Lead Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Practitioner - Substance Use Services. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of substance misuse and its impact on young people.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have significant experience of working with young people and substance misuse, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role involves leading the service's operational response to vaping of illegal drugs in Plymouth, working closely with schools, police, youth service, trading standards, PCC targeted support, and CSC.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to substance misuse and vaping, as well as providing training and support to staff.
As a member of the young person's substance misuse team, you will contribute to the development of services for young people and participate in regional meetings to discuss best practices and share expertise.
Responsibilities- Lead the service's operational response to vaping of illegal drugs in Plymouth

Salary: £31,347.75 per annum
