Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner in Early Education to join our team at Jack and Jill's Childcare Radford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality early education and care.

Estimated Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill the role of Key Person, tailoring care and learning to individual child needs, supporting parental engagement, and connecting families with specialist resources if needed.
  • Ensure the safety and development of children, setting individual goals and promoting a stimulating learning environment.
  • Maintain professional, supportive relationships with parents, involving them in their children's development and providing regular updates through appropriate channels.

Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in an Early Years setting, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years Childcare and Development, proficiency in various IT and digital tools, and up-to-date qualifications in First Aid, advanced Safeguarding, and SENCO training.
