About Our Team

We are a dynamic team at Metropolitan looking for a talented CLUSTER HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING to join us in driving revenue growth and expansion in the London hotel market.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives, as well as overseeing the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategies.

The successful candidate will also identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with major stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders. They will lead the negotiation and closing of high-value bookings and contracts, and develop a powerful digital presence across channels, including social media, e-marketing, and our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close high-value bookings and contracts
  • Develop a powerful digital presence across channels

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing in the London hotel market
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong financial acumen and goal-oriented approach
  • Strong leadership skills and empowering approach
  • Excellent understanding of the London hotel market

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
