Mortgage Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Sales Executive to join our team at Together Financial Services Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in property finance. You will work closely with our account managers to deliver outstanding results and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing product and criteria information.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales and support account plans.
  • Provide regular feedback to account managers on market trends and opportunities.
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
  • Support account managers with administrative tasks, including mailboxes and CRM.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in telephone sales, particularly in the mortgage industry. You will possess excellent relationship-building and communication skills, as well as strong objection handling and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Telphone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
