As a German-Speaking Business Development Graduate, you will join our growing German business in London, where you will work closely with case managers and underwriters to successfully grow our client portfolio in Germany.

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing all client relationships, developing new distribution partners, and converting loan applications into loan closings.

  • Visit credit intermediaries to establish relationship and nurture relationships;
  • Convert financing needs into viable loan applications;
  • Engage in general public relations, sales, and marketing activities; and
  • Play an integral part in scaling Fiduciam to multi-billion success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Ambitious and driven relationship building skills;
  • Natural sales person qualities;
  • Highly organized, dedicated, and perform with attention to detail;
  • A university degree in business or economics with solid results;
  • Hands-on, motivated, and proactive;
  • An excellent communicator both written and verbal in English and German;
  • Eager to learn and push your boundaries in a growing company;
  • Enjoy working in an international environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
