Strategic Relationship Manager

Ritz Recruitment seeks a highly experienced Strategic Relationship Manager to join their team in central London. As a part-time Senior Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the Events Team and support the Head of BD & Marketing, BD Manager, and team in delivering business development, marketing, and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- To monitor and track firm-wide relationships with prospects, intermediaries, and referral networks, contributing to the identification and development of key relationship builds per practice area and sector group.
- To work closely with the BD Manager and Partners to produce high-quality pitch materials within a tight turnaround.
You will be responsible for managing the tracking of BD leads, opportunities, and relationships via the CRM system and campaign management – working with the Head of BD&M/BD Manager to identify, build, deliver, and analyse specific marketing campaigns.
Requirements:- At least 4 years of previous BD experience obtained from within a legal background.
- Excellent writing skills for preparation of RFI/pitch copy generation and award submissions required.
- CIM qualified or training for the qualification.
Estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
