Job Description

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing business development team to achieve revenue targets through intermediary channels. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key intermediary firms and networks, and driving the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the sales strategy and taking ownership of achieving revenue targets through intermediary channels
  • Leading a high-performing business development team to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key intermediary firms and networks
  • Driving the successful execution of sales initiatives to grow our client's market share
  • Managing the broker panel of the firm to ensure high levels of customer service
  • Developing strategies to keep the firm competitive and innovative in the mortgage industry
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets and opportunities for growth
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to analyse evolving market dynamics and develop strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Experience in marketing and sales management within the intermediary industry, with a proven track record of driving success and achieving high-performance outcomes
  • Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and act on data to drive strategic improvements
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with exceptional skills in prioritising and managing a dynamic and fast-paced workload

Compensation:

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of up to £250,000, plus OTE of up to 40% bonus, negotiable with the CEO.
