About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director to join our team at MFS International Australia Pty Ltd.

Job Description

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies for MFS investment products. This role involves collaborating closely with sales enablement teams, sales leadership, marketing peers, and product specialists to formulate market positioning, content development, and measurement.

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of product content and coordinate resources from other departments. They will produce and disseminate sophisticated intermediary-focused content, serving as a subject matter expert for integrated marketing materials that positively position and differentiate MFS in the Intermediary marketplace.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Influence and execute on the product marketing strategy for assigned MFS investment products, including developing the product marketing plan and framing our positioning within the intermediary segment.
  2. Manage product launches by soliciting input from key stakeholders within sales, investments, and channel marketing to build necessary content that drives the development of marketing collateral and promotions.
  3. Develop commercial-oriented content providing actionable insights for financial professionals and their clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  2. Deep investment product marketing experience focused on the Intermediary market.
  3. Thorough understanding of distribution strategy and financial advisors' needs, challenges, and business process, with proven experience in leveraging this knowledge to develop, launch, and manage products and solutions that demonstrate added value for financial professionals and home office gatekeepers.
  4. Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to integrate and align priorities, needs, and requirements of the broader Enablement & Marketing organization, optimizing client experience, and influencing increased adoption of MFS strategies resulting in increased sales, net new flows, client engagements, and new producers.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience in financial service marketing is highly valued, as well as detail-oriented and organized individuals who can lead complex projects and think creatively.

MFS offers a competitive salary package, with a total estimated remuneration range of AU$150,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
