Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is around £85,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £7,000 and a 25% bonus.
Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Account Manager to lead our B2B channel. The successful candidate will have experience working with large FMCG food manufacturers, supplying chilled and ambient products. They will be responsible for creating and developing strategic partnerships with multiple FTG customers, leading key customer negotiations, and managing a team of 4 FTEs to support a high-performance culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in successfully managing B2B customers, ideally in the FTG market
- Product Development or NPD exposure in the chilled sector
- Cross-functional project leadership skills, with the ability to effectively influence internally and externally
- Team Management experience and exceptional Account Management skills
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a real growth mindset
