Away From Home Channel Lead

**Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Away From Home Channel Lead to join our team at PepsiCo UK. This role will involve leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the Away From Home Channel.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering new business wins, driving growth and profitability, and building effective contact strategies to win new business. They will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end new business process, from lead generation to commercial proposals and trading agreements.
**Salary:** Estimated £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Job Description:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the Away From Home Channel.
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and distribution across the country.
- Manage the end-to-end new business process, including lead generation, prospecting, customer engagement, and discoveries.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous new business experience.
- Hunger and drive to win new business.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Different approach - fighting for binary agreements where brands are less important.
