About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Controller to lead the B2B channel in collaboration with large FMCG food manufacturers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4 FTEs, working closely with chilled and ambient product suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and develop strategic partnerships with multiple FTG customers, driving business growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Manage key customer negotiations, leveraging commercial acumen to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing B2B customers, preferably within the FTG market, along with strong communication skills and a growth mindset.

Requirements
  • Product development or NPD exposure in the chilled sector, with a keen understanding of cross-functional project leadership.
  • Exceptional team management skills, including experience as an exceptional Account Manager.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including:

  • C£85,000 per annum, plus C£7,000 car allowance.
  • 25% bonus scheme, providing opportunities for additional earnings.
  • Pension scheme, ensuring long-term financial security.

The successful candidate will progress through a two-stage interview process, consisting of a 60-minute meeting with the hiring manager and an in-person interview at our offices.
